Our deep cleaning includes: ✓Dusting and wiping all furniture, shelves, and fixtures ✓Cleaning tools ✓Changing of bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets ✓Trash disposal ✓Scrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs and tiles, and balconies ✓Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping ✓Cleaning of windows - interior only, glass surfaces ✓Removal of cobwebs and cleaning of ceilings and walls ✓Dry vacuuming of sofa/upholstery ✓Fogging and disinfecting the place to remove allergens ✓More in-depth cleaning of the place
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy - A cancellation fee of P200 will be applied if the service is canceled on the same day as the booking. 2. Payment Terms - A 50% downpayment is required upon booking the service. - The remaining 50% is payable after the service has been rendered. 3. Liability for Damages - Happy Space Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any property damages unless they are reported to the team or coordinator within 12 hours of the service. 4. Service Request/ Work Permit - A copy of the service request or approved work permit must be provided to the Happy Space coordinator before the booking to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery. This policy is intended to streamline operations and ensure clear communication between Happy Space Cleaning Services and its customers.
